by Ted Gallina - SPi (SeeMore Putter Institute) Instructor - Earlier in the month I had an awesome opportunity to help with the Zach Johnson Foundation Classic Celebrity Pro-Am presented by TransAmerica. Zach and his wife, Kim, are great people and look in many ways to give back to their community.
The event was held at the Elmcrest Country Club in Cedar Rapids, IA. Contestants were able to demo the putters, receive a custom head cover, receive putter instruction and get a putter fitting. I would like to thank PGA head golf professional, Larry Gladson and chairman, Pat Cobb, for running a first class event. Their staff and volunteers did an unbelievable job. Did you know that this was televised locally by KCRG!!
