Do you know where you are aimed? Have you ever tested yourself? Most of you will answer - "I do not know where I am aimed." or "I think I am aimed at my target."

#1 You might be lined up correctly but do not feel confident enough in your alignment that the aim is good. When hiding the red dot you are set up "square to the intended target line" - meaning your shoulders, your hips and feet are square. When you hid the red this is your indicator that you are aimed perfectly and you can confidently make a good stroke. You will then begin to repeat the same process because "hiding the red" is your indicator that you are set up the same way for every putt. Consistent set-up = consistent alignment.
#2 OR You will line up incorrectly with the triangulator. Showing that you do have an alignment issue. After seeing where you are aimed, place the triangulator where it is aligned perfectly to the cup. Then walk into the putt with the SeeMore putter and "hide the red dot". It will "feel" different to you but it will show that you are aligned perfectly to the cup. Practice this way and make a few putts.
